In 2004, after running a commercial studio in Staffordshire, North England, Lesley earned a BA in Fashion Image Making & Styling at the University of Salford, Manchester, graduating in 2008 with First Class Honors, She won the UK’s award for photography portfolio in the Media and Design category at the prestigious London Graduate Fashion Week Event.
A move to London followed and soon after, Lesley gained her first editorial commission for the trendy Paris kids publication, Extra Small Magazine, Within a year, her work was featured in The British Journal of Photography as ‘One To Watch’ in an issue dedicated to the fashion photography of children.
Shooting for independent brands, designers and editorial clients, her commissioned work includes:
Warehouse, River-Island, New Look, Little Duckling, Hucklebones of London, Pretty Pregnant, Emma Levine, Smith and Coates, Jessie+James, Little Green Radical, Milk Collezioni, Extra Small Magazine, and World Global Style Network, the
world’s largest trend forecasting company for the fashion industry.
Lesley is currently resides in both the US and the UK.
